„Nous avons passé un agréable séjour (2 adultes 3 enfants) le logement est plutôt propre , il manque un peu d'entretien mais vraiment rien de méchant, le rapport qualité prix est vraiment top. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas mais des ventilateurs sont a disposition. La piscine très agréable mais je pense qu'en pleine saison elle doit être limite niveau place. Pour nous, début juillet, rien a redire c'était vraiment bien “

„You cannot beat this location. It is in the center of the historic district and there are wonderful restaurants all around and the Mercado Central which is a food lovers dream. There is a coffee shop with all kinds of lattes and teas right outside. The place was impeccably clean. It does have a Murphy bed but I found it comfortable. The place was perfect for me, it had everything I needed including a hairdryer and even a little balcony. The host was so nice, responsive and helpful! I will come ...

„I liked that it was near public transportation so perfect for any kind of trip you want to do . The room was nice and there was everything in the apartment what you need for a reasonable price. I didn’t like the late check in hours that much but it is doable . The apartment has a kitchen so you can prepare your own meals . I would definitely book again if I would go back to Madrid “

„Pamela is a great hostess, quick to answer our questions. Clean 4-story condo, right on the harbor! Terrific sunrises. Main floor is the common area. Each floor above has a bedroom with private bath. A short walk to the Latin District, which is the heart of shopping, dining and pubs. Less than a half-mile to City Center to catch trains and buses. „Die Lage des Objektes ist absolut perfekt. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter - Pedro- war immer zu jeder Zeit direkt, schnell und sehr freundlich. Das heißt - er hat uns schnell Antworten auf alle unsere Fragen gegeben. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder, wenn uns Pedro wieder als Gäste begrüßen will. :-)“

„The room was good but we didn't expect an apartment building when we booked on a hotel site. Our flight was delayed and the instructions for getting into the apartment gate did not work. No help at 5am via phone. Had to mechanically bypass the front lock to get the family off the street and into bed which was a bit frustrating. The room was very nice and air conditioned though. “

„We booked this place for the convenience of the location near the airport. Check in is supposed to be at 4pm. We had to contact the property directly multiple times to get the access code to the property and this was not given to us until after 5pm. When we arrived at the property we were able to use the codes given to us to get into the building. We made the trek up the 4 flights of stairs (no elevator) to the room we were told was ours. We were told to lock the door when we leave, but the keys didn't work. And we were able to open the door with only one of the keys. So check your keys when you get them.“
