Anscheinend hätte man eine email bekommen mit der Aufforderung die Ausweisdokumente einzuscannen. 48 Stunden vorher sollte man dann einen Code bekommen mit dem man das Apartment betreten kann. Beides habe ich nicht erhalten ebenfalls war mir der ganze Prozess auch nicht klar da nie eine Email gekommen ist. Ich musste kurzfristig das Nachbar Hotel buchen für das 4- fache “
