„I appear to be the first person who stayed in this condo to write a review. The 9.6 rating is from "similar" properties. Not my experience. The sign up and check-in was messy and unprofessional. The online "host' would not give me the address of the place -- even the day before our arrival. I had to call Great Dwellings headquarters in NY to put me in contact with the manager in San Jose de Cabo. He sent me a pin to a google map that lead to the wrong location! „Amazing property but what really made the trip extra special was the amazing concierge service Geraldine provided for our group. Absolutely spectacular. Breakfast every morning with Chef Victor and Eduardo was outrageously amazing. Being Mexico born and raised myself I often miss those home cooked meals my grandmother made and they really hit the mark on those morning nostalgic flavors making the entire experience for our group extra special. „This Spanish style house is beautifully decorated with little touches that let you know you are in Mexico. It's a great set up with plenty of Privacy when traveling with others. The gated community feels safe and secure. The beach is within walking distance and shopping nearby. It had everything we needed for our week long stay. „House needs to be gutted inside!!! It is an old, broken down, unkept house with disgusting kitchen, worn out floors and furniture, BBQ was rusted and did not work, no live TV. A streamer was sent to us after a month for one of the TVs but still no live TV programming. No TV in 2nd bedroom. Cupboards falling off their hinges, shelving falling apart, leaking taps in bathroom and kitchen (this was fixed after we complained), no glass glasses except for wine, we had to buy some!!! No outside ...
