„The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made the experience even more special. Couple of things, the shower tub did take a while to drain the water, and it was hard to adjust the temperature to lukewarm. There was also a false fire alarm drill that had my family and I worried but other than that, The stay was fantastic! The lady at the reception was phenomenal and everybody was friendly!!“

"Wir waren zuvor in New York im gleichen Hotel der Kette und waren dort sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und das Personal sehr freundlich. Leider war das in diesem Hotel nicht der Fall: Das Frühstück war enttäuschend, das Küchenpersonal unfreundlich, und der Kaffee war kalt und wässrig. Immerhin war das Hotel sauber."
