"Unglaublich freundliche und kooperierende Mitarbeiter beim check-in und im Service. Unkompliziert durften wir ohne zusätzliche Kosten 3 Std früher einchecken Kostenloses Wifi im gesamten Hotel, Kaffee und Wasser auf dem Zimmer frei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Bonus: Die Aussicht aus dem 9.Stck. unseres Zimmer über DC, besonders bei Nacht, war wunderschön."

"Very nice room, clean and comfortable bed, i like the empty fridge in the room, free water station is a big plus, staff are very friendly, location is amaizing, 3 min from metro and only 20 min to union station, very walkable to the capitol and surrounding area, grocery and food around the corner"

"Wir waren zuvor in New York im gleichen Hotel der Kette und waren dort sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und das Personal sehr freundlich. Leider war das in diesem Hotel nicht der Fall: Das Frühstück war enttäuschend, das Küchenpersonal unfreundlich, und der Kaffee war kalt und wässrig. Immerhin war das Hotel sauber."
