The inside was clean and efficient as one would expect s large boat to be. We only stayed one night but was very nice and within walking distance from downtown restaurants, etc“

„This duplex house boat is an excellent, unique option for enjoying Boston. The two single rooms each with a queen bed, bathroom, kitchenette are separated by an entryway and the pier is a quiet, peaceful place to rest after a day exploring sites. The atmosphere was so much fun! We drove to Rhinebeck, Kingston and Poughkeepsie…. Loved all these towns close ...

Recommended to others big time Thank you Elizabeth and Tim Margret“

„It was a great way to experience the bay. The boat was decent but a little outdated and we were advised against cooking and showering. The marina had a fine shower and there was lots of good food in the area. Host was very friendly and quick to respond.“

„The listing and reviews for this do not accurately describe several issues we experienced. First, you are docked right next to a party boat company with a flag called PVD VIP. At 3 am we were rudely awakened by people screaming on the deck boat with no warning. They do not have a listing on google maps. I hope the owner sees this review and files a complaint so more guests are not woken up by people screaming at 3am. Another issue is the photos do not show how small the entrance sliding door ...
