The hotel was incredible we will certainly be planning a return trip in the future. The food was absolutely incredible, particularly breakfast and lunch. The breakfast buffet is luxurious with the perfect blend of classic breakfast items, a beautiful fruit platter and classic Mexican dishes. Lunch you can order to your sun lounger or go to the restaurants. The poke bowl, pork tostones, chicken burrito and prawn tacos where some of our regulars and were always delicious.
The staff were attentive and would always go the extra mile. Karen and Karim were both standouts for us and they really made you feel special weather it was there attentive nature or just their genuine interest in conversation.
The drinks are also great, The mango margaritas were particularly exceptional. We honestly had the best time.
The rooms are beautiful and bed was super comfy. My one very small criticism is there is nowhere to hang bath robes or clothes you want to steam (there's a steamer in the room) we ended up hanging clothes precariously on light fixtures but that was a very very small problem with an otherwise perfect room. And any issues you have the front desk are always willing to help and fix them for you quickly. We had problems with plugs in the bath and sink and were both fixed within a few hours. I'd suggest some small hooks in the room that would really help the functionality of the space.
Ultimately you will not regret coming here it is a peaceful paradise.
