„Resort was extremely nice. Staff was very accommodating. Restaurants were very good. Juan Ramone was our server at the adult pool he was amazing. Did not really like having to sign every food or drink transaction even though all inclusive. Need to supply decaf coffee in rooms only few restaurants had decaf. Pools could be little larger. We missed having beach area for at least walking even though view was amazing. Would recommend.“

„This newly-acquired Hyatt property needs some improvements outside and in. The staff were friendly and functional, but concierge messed up our 25rh-anniversary dinner reservation at the nearby Rosa Negra restaurant. Will probably give them another try after some time goes by.“

„The room was spacious, the view was BEAUTIFUL!! Staff was really nice, the only issue was getting to our room. You get picked up in golf carts to be taken to and from the lobby. Ubers aren’t allowed to go in and drop you off at the lobby, so you’re left by the security gate. On the first day we arrived we waited about 45 mins for someone to come get us from the entrance to go check in And it was HOOTTTT. “

„We feel so spoiled when we stay here. The staff is constantly cleaning the property. A HUGE shout out to the staff at Maydan and 12 Tribes. They knew us by name, ensured any food allergies were remembered every meal, and just make us feel welcome every time. And the food is wonderful, too!! "We had in mind to relax and enjoy two full weeks but we canceled everything after 7 days being annoyed by seeing parties taking place after midnight in neighboring rooms, young people slamming doors all day long and a not acceptable noise level everywhere. If you look for a party spot this place may be right for you, but not if you want to relax and enjoy and have to spent $6000 for our stay."
