„Herzlicher Empfang, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, gute und ruhige Lage, nicht weit zum See, beschauliches Dorf mit schönem und gepflegtem Park am See“

„Beautiful property and lovely rooms! I would have loved to have had some more tea options, breakfast ready, and table set at the appointed time mentioned.“

„The hotel room was so cozy and it felt like having our own apartment. Tom was so cool to talk to and gave us the best recommendation for Halloween night! We had food from the restaurant and it was above and beyond our expectations. All of the businesses we went to encouraged visiting other businesses. An amazing stay. Even added on an extra night!“

„Room was clean and had stove, fridge, coffee pot etc. Restaurant on property and staff was very nice!“

„Absolutely loved this lodge - beautiful well stocked kitchen, along with treats! Pictures do not do this place justice - it was stunning inside & out…. Peaceful setting, and close enough to state parks Stony Brook & Letchworth, as well as if someone wanted to take a quick wine tour thru the Finger Lakes! Would absolutely book again!“

„Only issue w/ the stay: Photos of the lake are from just outside of the park that is about 1/10 of a mile walk down a hill. Not visible from any part of the house/ property as the photo implies. My own fault for not reading into "by the lake" not "on the lake."“

„What a great spot. We had a great evening enjoying the Cabin and the amenities. Loved the proximity to the lake and the local feel.“

„Everything was perfect. It’s clean, enough parking and the host was responsive. Thank you“

„It was a great experience. Location is amazing, property is great wonderful, great “glamping” for us non campers! Kids loved it, mom loved it, and breakfast was 10/10! Do yourself a favor and check this place out. “

„My boyfriend and I stayed here for a couple of nights while exploring the area and hiking. The cabin was about 40 minutes from Watkins Glen State Park, and the drive was easy and scenic. We really enjoyed our stay! The unpaved roads added to the adventure rather than being a nuisance. The wildlife was a joy to see, and relaxing by the campfire under the stars at night was so peaceful and serene. The cabin was beautiful, and the bed was super cozy. We highly recommend staying here! „What a nice, relaxing and fun stay. The hosts are amazing. A good place to unplug from everything.“

„Cute and cozy place with a well-equipped kitchen, quiet and beautiful surroundings.“

„Typical cottage“

„I enjoyed my stay. The host left a nice welcome card was very easy to communicate with.“

„Everything was wonderful. Only comment I have is the “lake view” is just a small view between 2 houses across the street.“

„The property itself was very nice, clean, and well maintained. However, the host made the experience much less enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, there were signs posted throughout the property warning of 250 fines for various violations. While I understand the need to have rules in place, having them displayed on what felt like every other wall was excessive and took away from the relaxing atmosphere. What was missing, however, were instructions on how to operate the hot tub. We also tried to ...

„BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front):This property is decaying; that's part of the history and the charm. I hope efforts can be made to restore it, The interior is beautiful, reflecting the 1940's tradesmanship. The bedrooms are well furnished with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were fine; one had a spacious walk in shower. You must see the chickens!!So visit; you won't be disappointed.Oh, and visit local wineries!“

„The home was accommodating.“

„Quiet, peaceful, clean, and comfortable. The host was very helpful with our last-minute reservation.“
