The location is next to a gas station/Dunkin which is convenient but we did hear trucks early n the morning. The apartment is stand alone with garages off to the side. Extra touches included snacks/ water/ tea and coffee/ hand cream. The only issue I had wan s that a $1500 security deposit was taken automatically if you did not opt to pay $59 ...

„Nice neighborhood. There are train tracks quite close by but that didn't bother any of us. The a/c worked well in all rooms and the house stayed cool in the hot weather. Kinda a funky old place, not particularly tastefully rehabbed, but clean and clean and comfortable.“
