„I just have to say that Gary and Dawn offer up a pc of heaven with this cabin and property. Whether you’re staying for just a couple of nights like we did or longer it is just so peaceful, cozy, and has everything you really need. We were in town to visit the Naples grape festival and to be honest we both couldn’t wait to leave the festival and get back to the cabin to just relax and play our scrabble on the back porch! The communication with Gary and Dawn anytime we had a question was amazing! ...

„Everything was Great. Had a nice Long Weekend, being right on the lake was Fantastic. The back porch was amazing too just relax and see and listen to the lake. The local area was great, the Blue Eagle Bar was Awesome as well as Y Knot, a small Pizza and market, the people were very nice and the food was Great, would definitely recommend the house and those places to dine. “

„Great location a short walk from Keuka College's nice little beach head, where we swam, kayaked, and played games, and a quick drive to restaurants and shops in Penn Yan. Plenty of bed space for our 4 kiddos and some toys and games to keep them occupied. Clean and comfortable, and lots of helpful instructions for appliances and lights posted throughout the house. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again if we came back through!“
