Excellent high quality features and appliances throughout. Large spruce trees outside with bird feeders. Comfortable beds, easy climate control, convenient accessible washer/drier unit.Close enough (less than an hour) for a day trip to the fabulous town of Watkins Glen NY and State Park gorge are full of waterfalls.“

„This was the second time staying at this property with my family. The house comfortably handled my gang of 24 people. Plenty of space on the first floor and enough beds for sleeping. The kitchen has everything we needed and plenty of toys and games for the kids. House keeping had the place very clean when we checked in. Plenty of lawn chairs provided. „Beautiful property! This home was perfect for a “girls” getaway. Tastefully decorated - furnishings and bedding were comfortable and high quality. The views of the lake were spectacular. Location is very private, yet a short ride to Canandaiqua for restaurants and shopping. The hosts were very responsive when we had any questions. We have rented several properties over the years and we all agreed that this one was one of the best! Highly recommend this property.“
