„Property was decent, dated furnishings. Beds were extremely hard. Appreciated the coffee that was left. But no creamer or sugar. No dish towels or washcloth in the kitchen. Ironing board in the basement. No outside firepit, other properties that were close had them. I'd recommend, but it was barebones. Needs some more personal touches, paid a decent amount. Would go to a hotel instead for an overnight stay. “

„Loved the location and private access to the lake. Sunrises on the porch with coffee were unforgettable. 1950s charm with modern amenities, can’t beat it. Loved the original front door and rotary phone, a step back in time. Steps not a problem, just a little extra exercise. Clean and comfy. Only notes would be to replace the couch (seems well loved) and address the subfloor in the bathroom by the shower, but not deal breakers. Will stay again! “

„Tim's cottage is right on the shore of Seneca Lake. It's well cared for overall, has lots of personal touches from his his family's life, has a lovely deck overlooking the lake, and an excellent dock for relaxing on, fishing off of, and launching off into the lake in one type of boat or another.
