„We stayed here for 8 nights in a Deluxe Swim up room.
1) The room
The room was very clean and had everything we needed, unfortunately the AC wasn't working properly. Luckily the staff gave us a fan.
Due to that, it's "only" 8/10 for the room.
2) The food
The buffet food wasn't that good, but the other restaurants were amazing, especially the orientalic one.
9/10 for the food (excluding buffet)

„The hotel as well as (especially) the staff were extraordinary. The different dining options in the different restaurants, the immensity of the place, the environment, the beach, the helpfulness of the staff, were all fantastic.
One thing I would improve: the various evening programs in the adult only part only lasted until 11pm. Being in the part of the hotel where only adults were allowed, the evenings could be extended a little later with maybe different theme evening.“

„We had a nice stay at the GR Solaris hotel. The room with view to the ocean was amazing but we had always water problems in the bathroom. Unfortunately we had 2 problems at the restaurant. First, my younger daughter found a spine in the sausage. The restaurant responsible apologised and tried to make it better with one manager. The same day our second daughter was injured by something sharpen on her chair. A rescuer worker came to see the injury. Unfortunately nobody was checking at her after ...
