„I have stayed in this hotel back when it was just the Riverview and it felt like stepping into a late '80s time jump lol. After a while of indecisive curiosity, I decided to go ahead and book a room at the newly renovated DoubleTree by Hilton. I was very impressed and could not tell what it used to be. The only thing that I would say that can easily be remedied, is that the "Riverview" side of the hotel, which charges an extra $10 should be redressed. There is no view of the Cumberland river, ...

„Room was clean, comfortable, and the shower was great. Staff were responsive when the remote for the tv would not work. There are no elevators that I could find, and this could be a problem if you stay on the 3rd floor and have a good bit of luggage to move to your room.The pool was closed, covered and had dirty water standing on the cover with a lot of trash around it. Doesn't seem to have been used in a while. Overall, the room was comfy and the price was right.“
