„really loved this property. we were a group of 5 siblings all in our 60's and 70's. 3 bedrooms downstairs, which was fantastic for us. The upstairs was spacious with lots of beds. Property was clean and air conditioning worked great. We enjoyed the hot tub and outside area. The agents were very accommodating and they responded quickly to any texts. Would highly recommend this property. “

„This property is a very small ‘older’ home in a very quiet neighborhood. The owner provided all necessities needed (rare). The fenced backyard was large and nice. The only issue I had was that the trash can was not brought to the curb (animal made a mess). Life happens. I cleaned it up and took it to the curb and it was picked up next day. „This place was massive. Huge living area and kitchen. Couch was really comfortable (I know I wouldn’t usually review a couch it was that good). We were a large group of 11 with teens kids and adults and it worked out well. Property has some wear and tear that you would expect from a rental but overall it was clean and everything was in working order. Blake the property manager was excellent. „I can’t say enough positive things about Frank, I have been staying in Frank’s homes for over 10 years. I would highly recommend for anyone to rent from him. He is a fingertip away and goes out of his way to accommodate his guest. I have stayed at every house Frank has but this one is over the top and even has an elevator. The rooftop view of down town is spectacular with plenty of outdoor seating. Again I could rave on and on about Frank he is the go to guy for your Nashville stay!!!“

„This place is beautiful. The fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom was very beneficial to our group. Its location was just a few short minutes from the highway, close to a neighborhood area with restaurants and and Aldis, yet very close to downtown items, as well. Communication with the owners was very quick, not that we had any major issues that needed their attention. Overall, we would definately stay at this location again if we're ever in Nashville.“
