Gut: Sauberkeit
Good but not for a 2nd trial
Good:
Room is clean
Very bright
Staff is good especially restaurant staff
Parking area
Food quality is ok
Bad:
Check in process was the same although i have applied online few hours before arriving with ID copies
We had a lower level room while we checked in the hotel was totally empty did not understand why should i get a no view room ground floor since no one is yet in hotel at 2am in the morning
We had to change room
2nd day i contacted the reception for a tv connection problem then sent the guy after 1 hour and yet he did not arrive to a solution and asked me to call back reception tell them he couldn't fix the tv issue
I called back and the receptionist told me ok will c with managed and either we will change the tv or change the room while i highlighted the problem is not the tv itself its the cabl3 because both tvs in the room had same problem unfortunately the guy never called back or solved the problem
While by my check out time he made sure to call me at 12:30 telling me (should i send u to get the luggage) while i asked him earlier for a late checkout and he refused by max 1pm (no one was at the hotel, i guess it would have been a good promotion to give me few hours without asking for extra cost)
The pool guy was using high speakers for lousy music and we had to ask him twice to turn it off (2 different families asked for that)
Also they let people use their own speakers on the pool - not relaxing at all
We came to Fayoum to relax not to hear music
