Super Comfortable and Quiet
We go to the Glen Lake area every year and have stayed at a number of cabins along the lake. We were particularly happy with this cabin as it was a good sized cabin nestled back in the trees so it didn't get too hot and was quiet. It's a bit dated and could use some refreshing but that's typical of most of the cabins in the area. Overall I'd recommend the cabin to anybody heading up to the Sleeping Bear Dunes area.

A rustic cabin experience...
Easy to find, easy to access. Place would benefit from the use of a dehumidifier. My daughter said the mattress in the room with twin beds was uncomfortable. Other than that, the place was comfortable.

Lovely cabin near water
We really enjoyed our stay! It was so nice to be right across from a little park and playground and Glen Lake with a public access pier. The water is shallow and was perfect for our 6 year old. We also enjoyed being so close to many things including the ice cream shop that was within walking distance! The only thing that was not as listed on the property was a grill. While this property is outdated, it was clean and in working order, and the price was reasonable. Would definitely stay there again!

settlers inn
We greatly enjoyed our 2 week stay at Settlers Inn. There were a few issues at the onset that were promptly and efficiently resolved by the property manager and owner. We spent many hours on the front deck with beautiful views of Glen Lake and hope to return again next summer. Excellent location!

Cute cabin in a great location. Very reasonably priced. Loved walking across the street for sunsets
Perfect place for our get away weekend. Our Kansas friends loved exploring NW MI almost as much as we do! Great location to enjoy so many activities, love the sand dunes, tubing, hiking, and of course a few wineries and breweries😊

Old Settlers for small family
Very welcoming managers/owners, well kept, simple, plenty of room for couple with 2-3 kids or 4 adults. Great location, easy lake access from park. Well stocked kitchen and nice deck. Windows all open for good cross breeze. We have stayed here a couple of times and will continue to return.
