The Space:

Imagine stepping through a quiet Lutz neighborhood and finding a simply designed retreat that feels just like home. The first‑floor unit opens onto a spacious living area where families can gather, share meals, and unwind after a day of exploring nearby attractions. A small a​ patio off the living room offers a quiet spot for two to enjoy a morning coffee or evening breeze.



Sleeping arrangements

Four queen bedrooms each provide a comfortable private space, and each room is paired with its own full bathroom for added convenience. The neutral décor and ample room make the bedrooms ideal for families or groups traveling together.



Living & dining space

The large living area comfortably seats the whole family, with a cozy sofa and plenty of room for a TV‑screen night‑in. A breakfast nook in the full‑size kitchen invites casual meals, while a separate dining area offers a place to sit down and enjoy a dinner together. The small patio just outside the living room includes outdoor seating for two, perfect for a quiet moment.



Kitchen and amenities

The full kitchen is equipped with everything needed for simple meals, from a stove and oven to a microwave and basic cookware. A free washer‑ dryer in the unit makes laundry hassle‑free, and a central air system keeps the interior comfortable year‑round.



Community features

The building’s clubhouse and lounge provide a gathering spot for guests, while a fitness center and a nearby gym give options for staying active. A community pool is available for a refreshing dip, and a basketball court, a walking/b biking trail, and a grill area add extra a​ outdoor recreation opportunities.



Nearby the home, a quick 5‑minute drive (2.2 mi) brings you to the University of South Florida campus, and a 8‑minute drive (4.2 mi brings the Museum of Science and Industry. The famous Busch Gardens Tampa is a 11‑minute drive (4.5 mi), and both Takomah Trail Park (5.1 mi) and Lettuce Lake Park (5.9 mi) are within a short drive for nature lovers.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and community amenities.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor"



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (maximum $150 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not oversee their operation, cleaning schedule, availability, or maintenance. Access to these amenities is subject to the community’s own cleaning, upkeep, and operational hours, and they may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or other factors outside of our responsibility.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
