Perfect Lake getaway! Our completely furnished Cottage is near 800 acre Lake Talquin. There are 2 outdoor decks, one in front for a lake view that goes well with morning coffee, or a back yard large deck with Barbque grill and comfortable chair/table set.
Fish on the lake, and there is room on the property to bring your boat.
This beautifully updated home is decorated for fishing enthusiast, , but it is a very comfortable retreat that is fun and whimsical. Inside we have newer, cozy furniture as well as 2 TV sets and plenty of games and puzzles.
We are about 20 minutes from Doak Campbell Stadium, and all of the restaurants, Museums and entertainment the Tallahassee has to offer.
We are close to 2 public launch areas, and a variety of Hiking Trails maintained by the US Forest Service. The house itself is one home away from the waters edge.
Two brand new decks, one in the front of the house to watch the Sunsets and relax after a day on the water, and a larger deck off the back of the house that is equipped with a grill as well as table and chairs.
The back deck looks out over a fully fenced backyard. There are Cardinals, Hawks, Eagles and a variety of birds that can be enjoyed from the deck.
Inside there is an updated kitchen with all new appliances. It has been decorated with a snappy mosaic backsplash and is fully equipped. Pots and pans, dishes, dish towels etc.
The dining table inside sits 6 (or a friendly 8) and there are table linens for it.
There is a spacious screened porch that has plenty of room for fishing equipment and general lounging, as well as a separate utility room with a new washer and dryer.
Both bedrooms have new beds, mattresses and bedding.
They are decorated in vintage fishing items and original artwork.
Our bathroom was completely gutted and has new everything, including a fantastic Under the Lake Mosaic with your own Mermaid...
We have tried to anticipate all your needs for a relaxing vacation rental. The Kitchen is fully equipped, there is plenty of storage for all of your toys, and 2 TV's as well as Comcast WIFI throughout the house.
Property is fully fenced, ideal for small pets and children.
