This well-appointed mountainside chalet is super-close to the gondola square, making it the perfect place to spend a ski weekend with friends, far from the hassles and concerns of everyday life. You'll be super close to the gondola square and will even have quick access to a free city bus to take you downtown!

Located on the top floor, Lodge at Steamboat B304 is a family friendly condo offering deluxe amenities throughout, great views, and easy access to the base area. Prepare anything from your morning coffee to full-course meals in the well-equipped kitchen complete with a breakfast bar. Dine together or play board games at the dining table with seating for six, and then gather in the living area featuring vaulted ceilings, a TV, warming gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable leather furniture, all illuminated by a wall of windows. Additionally, this home has a furnished balcony for outdoor dining or just sitting and breathing in some of that fresh mountain air.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. There are a queen bed and a twin bed in the second bedroom as well as an en suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds and access to an en suite bathroom.

A spectacular year-round resort, The Lodge at Steamboat not only boasts an exceptional location one block from the lifts, but it also offers its guests premium amenities that include an on-site front desk and clubhouse, four outdoor hot tubs, an indoor hot tub, free parking, free WiFi, and coin-operated laundry machines. (There is not an in-unit washer/dryer.) There is a free ski season shuttle service that will whisk you away to the mountain or around beautiful Steamboat Springs. Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

You’ll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home! You’ll also be close to the fantastic greens of Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, plus lots of other summertime activities like alpine slides, mountain biking, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
