The unit is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, 4K TV, full-size washer & dryer, full-size kitchen, full-size bathroom, King Size bed, 1 twin size daybed and only by request a twin air mattress to accommodate a 4th person. You will have your own private entry and assigned parking spot for 2 cars.

The whole condo is available to guests with assigned free parking, free Wi-Fi and free laundry.

The condo is a spacious 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom in the master-bedroom, living room, dining area, free laundry on premises, full kitchen with lots of cabinet space, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots and a spacious fridge with bottom freezer. We supply lots of kitchenware to make your cooking a breeze.

The bedroom:
This comfortable and restful bedroom has a Hilton signature King Size mattress on a platform bed with a coastal, clean and fresh design. The room has a spacious closet with drawers for additional storage. You will also be provided basic home necessities.

Bathroom:
Full size bathroom with tub, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste, hand towels, face towels, bath towels, beach towels, small first aid kit and a hairdryer as well as some laundry detergent.

The living room:
Boho/Coastal Livingroom beautifully decorated, there is a twin daybed from West Elm sleeps 1, a 50 -inch Roku TV equipped with Netflix and other Roku channels in addition to local channels. A TV center and games for fun family game nights for all our guests to share and enjoy.

Dining room:
There is a bistro table and it sits 2

Kitchen:
The Kitchen is fully equipped with flatware, bakeware, pots and pans, plates, cups, mugs, bowls, wine glasses, utensils, salt & pepper, organic olive oil, kitchen towels, chopping boards, storage containers, etc. You can cook a small meal or a grand meal very comfortably.

Extras: There is an outside shower to rinse off the beach sand and rinse off any beach gear, we provide beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, a small cooler and beach tote.
Please do not have sand go down the shower drain or in the washing machine. There is also a hose outside that you can use to rinse off the sand.
Guest access
You can use the front of the house, your assigned parking spot, your whole apartment and the laundry room located at the back of the building. The yard in the back is not for our use or managed by us.
Other things to note
There is a max of 2 pets allowed in the condo. Please make sure to add them to your reservation.

If you are traveling with a 4th person we provide an air bed mattress.

Walk, bike, or drive, parking is limited and strictly monitored due to the high demand of the area. Parking is free at our property for your use, max 2 spots.
