WILDLIFE: Good to know…
Sedona is home to an abundance of wildlife, common in the area (and this neighborhood) are deer, coyote, javalina, rabbits, lizards, snakes, birds, spiders, scorpions and more. Most commonly visible early morning and at dusk.


PARKING: Up to 3 vehicles in the driveway. Garage not available for parking.

COMMITMENT TO SAFETY: Your safety matters! Luxart PM is Breezeway Safety Certified. We prioritize routine safety inspections and safety items including smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers and other safety features. Safety is everyone’s responsibility. Please supervise children at all times, and be mindful of common safety hazards.

EXTENDED STAY: Long-term stays (30+ nights) are welcome during select months, please inquire about best rates.

Please keep the overall noise down to a respectful level (at all times) for the neighbors. If you are planning to cause a ruckus, our property is not the right one for you.
