Great Location
The house was well stocked. The dressers offer limited space in all but one room and there were not hangers to hang up any of our things. The beds were comfortable and clean. It was very nice to have the washer and dryer. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. The neighborhood was okay, but my friend was attached by two local dogs while she was walking one afternoon. Luckily there was a first aid kit in the house.

Summer Vacation
The property was very nice and clean and well kept. Really enjoyed the fact dogs were allowed. Our pup really enjoyed the back yard. The street the home was on was very quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. Actually everyone we encountered in Tybee/Savannah were very hospitable and helpful. My family and I loved our time in Tybee/ Savannah. We will be making future vacation plans.

Outstanding Owner, house and location!!
My family and I spent a week at this property. The owner Mrs. Carol was quick to respond to any questions we had, she actually came by to help us with the AC when the storm affected it the first night. She is a very friendly lady, she responded to our call within minutes in person. This house is in the perfect location for visitors wishing to explore Historical Savannah or visit the beach at Tybee island. Each the Historic district and Tybee Island are only minutes away. The house is very well stocked for most of your needs. Publix grocery and a Walmart are very close. Very comfortable beds and a quiet neighborhood with a slow moving river in the background. All utilities are underground so even during heavy thunderstorms we never lost power however, Mrs Carol called to make sure we were ok. My wife and children have stayed at many cabins and homes for vacation over the years and I would have to say this was one of the best.

Comfortable & clean
The house is lovely and close to all the things we wanted to see and do in Savannah. The kitchen is very small with limited counter space but we managed. My only criticism are the window coverings in the family room and 3rd bedroom. They offer no privacy at night especially. And as soon as the sun rose, we were awake. So we managed to hang some blankets over the windows after the first night so we could sleep in. Overall we would stay here again. It was great for our Girl Scout trip to Savannah.

Family vacation
This was a nice cozy home with plenty of space for my family of 6 to move around and have their own space if needed. It was pretty easy to communicate with the home owner and she checked in with us to make sure all was going well. Plenty of toiletries in case you forgot something. We visited the beach often and got to explore downtown and venture on the Ghost and Ghastly tour and the Prohibition exhibit. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay! This house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, with friendly neighbors and a small creek in it. The house was great, just the right size for our family (we had 8)! The property manager was friendly and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

With help I would stay again
The house was left a little more on the dirty side there was plungers in the toilet a broke light bulb in the master bedroom and I cut my foot, also the shower door in the master bedroom was off the tracks and was unusable because the wheel on the upper left hand corner was broken off (I’m a maintenance supervisor at an apartment building where I live) I ended up running to islands ace hardware and fixing it! Overall very nice trip

Great location!
When we arrived at this property, it did not feel clean, so I called the property manager, Carol, and she was apologetic and worked with me to fix everything that was not right. It had been a long travel day for us, so it was disappointing to arrive and find the property not quite ready for our arrival. That being said, Carol was great to work with and followed up during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The house is quiet and comfortable and the location could not be better. It is about halfway between Tybee Island and downtown Savannah, so it was easy to visit both places during our stay. Finding parking in downtown Savannah proved very difficult so we took an Uber into town and back which worked very well. Every evening, we came back to the house and relaxed. The television has streaming for Netflix, Amazon, etc, and there are games and puzzles available as well. The yard is fully fenced with a chain link fence, so there is no concern about children going into the pond behind the house. The deck is nice and pleasant for morning coffee or grilling. I would recommend this property because Carol is so invested in making sure you have a good stay and its location is excellent.

Perfect little house
We had such a great time in Savanna and staying at this house. The owner was very easy to communicate with and made sure everything was good before we got there. The house was clean and fit our family perfect. The drive into Savanna was only about 15 min. We loved exploring each day. We did a ghost trolly tour with our kids 10,12and 14. They really liked it. I also highly recommend you visit old fort Jackson. Surprisingly that was on top of my kids favorite things we did. Plan to go when they are setting off cannons. We plan to come back and hope this house is available when we do.

Great Savannah get away
This property was in a nice, quiet neighborhood, which was perfect for taking walks in. We were just a short ride away from the river walk. It was also a short ride to Tybee Island which we really enjoyed. This was the perfect size for our family!

This is a rustic beach type house. There were stains in the bathroom and food not cleaned on kitchen appliances. Heat went out and we were just told there was nothing that could be done during the stay.
