Hygge Haven – Stylish Stay near the River

Relax in this stylish, sunny 3-bedroom new home in North Park. The space features thoughtful furnishings, gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and high-speed WiFi. The primary bedroom features a California King bed, and the second bedroom features a Queen bed. The third bedroom is perfect for a private office, our to use for sleeping with one of the air mattresses. This space is perfect for families or executives. Please be aware, parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted.

On the main level, enjoy an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with a half bathroom. The living room features a gas fireplace for cozy evenings.

Coffee and tea lovers will appreciate the Moccamaster coffee maker, coffee grinder, and Fellow kettle.

Upstair features two bedrooms and an office.

• The master bedroom has a California king bed with an ensuite featuring a walk-in shower and soaking tub.
• The second bedroom has a Queen bed.
• Both bedrooms have Endy Mattresses.
• The third bedroom is set up as an office with a sit-stand desk. It can accommodate a queen size air mattress upon request.
• The second bathroom has a shower-tub combo.

During your stay you will have access to the whole main portion of the home. There may be another guest staying in the self-contained guest unit below. The guest unit has its own entryway, and we aim to welcome guests in the guest suite for longer-term stays. If you are looking for more space during your stay, reach out to see if the guest suite is available to add on! The master bedroom closet will be locked and contain personal belongings, but there is plenty of room to hang your clothes in the laundry room located right around the corner. Guests have access to the front driveway (currently gravel - but will be paved in Spring/Summer 2025), laundry machines with supplies included, and the use of back deck. The landscaping is to be completed in Spring/Summer 2025 which will provide more outdoor space!

Our is team able to respond to all messages quickly, and we ask the communication flow through the Airbnb app. We will provide our office phone number to guests, and we invite guests to call/text in case of emergency. Our office phone is always monitored.

-When booking, please include the correct number of guests. Only guests that are included on the booking are welcome to stay in the suite. We do allow our guests to have visitors, however, we like to be made aware if you are having visitors. Visitors are not permitted to spend the night.
-Guests are not permitted to use the mailbox. We ask that guests have their mail sent to a P.O. Box instead of the suite. We do not monitor the mailbox regularly, and do not supply a mail key.
