I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. First of all the contactless check in is an actual joke, I didn’t receive any check in details until close to 5pm (check in should be 3pm) and only after I made 10+ calls to the property owner and several to Expedia. I didn’t get any apology from the property owner, just the generic check in text that everyone receives. Secondly, I paid Expedia for the breakfast package and the property owner just would not acknowledge it, even after sending photo proof of purchase. Who wants to make a hotel reservation plus breakfast and then be refused what you paid for? No concession was made on the property owner’s part. Thirdly, the hotel looks nice on first glance, but it’s like trying to put lipstick on a pig. The carpet is trashed, who knows what’s hiding in the dark, stained patches. There’s a bench at the end of the bed that has the most cringey white stains all over. Trust me, this place is no where near a luxury boutique hotel. Finally, you won’t sleep. Everytime the air conditioner turns on, it will wake you up, sounds like an airplane taking flight and the walls are paper thin (like several other people commented). You can hear people outside talking, the road noise, police sirens, etc. This was supposed to be a relaxing baby moon and quite frankly the property owner and the false advertising ruined it. Do not stay here!! You’ll regret it.
