The property offers a large garden and outside area with a 7m x 3,5m roofed and heated swimming pool, a barbeque area/ summer kitchen and plenty of seating space outside. Furthermore, in cooler days the barrel sauna offers a warming place to relax. Besides the relaxation areas, the property also has a trampoline, a swing and additional opportunities for children to play.
There are two houses – a big main house and a smaller guest house. The main house offers 2 bedrooms and a large living room with an extendible sleeping couch, accommodating up to 6 people. The smaller guest house is a cozy studio, with an open kitchen and bathroom and its own terrace, which can accommodate 2 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for both houses.
Despite the rural location, Bella di Campo is centrally located. By bike you need only about 10 minutes to the nearest beach. If you want to buy groceries, you can reach the nearest supermarket in about 10 minutes by car. The center of Rovinj can be reached by car in 15-20 minutes and offers a variety of dining options.
The whole property is fenced and is ideal for 1 or 2 families with children, a group of friends or just a couple. Both houses can be rented together or separately.
