New renovated 2 room apartment (40 m2). Located in the very heart of Riga’s the most favourite left riverside district called Agenskalns near popular Kalnciema quarter. Only 2.5 km (20-30 min by foot) to Old Town. This lovely and romantic place is good for couples, friend companies, solo adventurers, business travellers and families with kids. Nice restaurants and shops are on Kalnciema street which connects apartment with Old Town in the easy walking distance.

The apartment consists of 20.5 m2 living room with a modern fully equipped kitchen and a sofa transforming into a bed for two. 8.6 m2 bedroom with one king size bed. Bathroom with a bath, toilet and washing machine. The apartment has recently been renovated and has brand new furniture and equipment.

Everything at the apartment is prepared for you. Coffee, tea, sugar etc for free.

Our guests are more than welcomed to contact us any time, We will try best to make your stay comfortable, easy and pleasant.

You can get to Alises 5 by Bus 22 (Airport), 32, 35, 43, 53, 322, 336. Trolleybus 5, 9, 12, 25. Train Riga-Jurmala.

It is possible, that I will not always be able to meet my guests personally.
In this case, simple and precise instructions will be delivered before arrival.
Please follow a few simple rules, during your stay:
· Do not smoke in the flat, halls, and building territory. There is a penalty for smoking in a flat and building territory of 200 EUR.
· Take off your shoes, when entering the flat.
· If you want to bring a pet, you need to inform about it and get consent. The pet fee is 100 EUR.
· No parties, no outside visitors without previous approval from your host.
· If you break or damage something, you should let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
