I try to be as precise and unbiased as possible:
Hotel in general - a very nice one. I never pay attention to decor, but here I just liked everything as both paintings etc looked so lively and neat! Hotel is close to a very nice beach and a lovely shopping street - 2 big pluses. Reception staff is above expectations!
Rooms - we had a very good room with a sea view. Furniture looked new, everything was nice, nothing to complain about. I only wish that maid didn't ignore "Don't disturb" sign but they opened the door anyway, several times. :)
Food - we had an all inclusive option and usually could find something tasty. Salads could have a little less mayonnaise to my taste and I wish there were a bit more fresh salads either, but overall it was good. Nice staff too, especially one blond girl with long hair - she was so friendly and smiley! Everyone adored her, I think. The only thing I can't understand is why we couldn't have tea/coffee during lunch-dinner - that was the first time I faced this in a 4 stars hotel.
Animators - AWESOME team! Kids (and adults, I'm sure) loved them, they did their best and every evening there was a different show.
Chef bartender in Aquarius was rude - the only negative thing during our stay. My kid asked him for some milk, he replied "No, only in a cocktail!" (they had a kids' cocktail in a menu) and when I explained that she's diabetic, so she can't have a cocktail, he said " Ah, I don't know!" and waved at me. I felt terrible.
Gut: Location, decoration, animation and proximity of beach, shops and bus stop. :)
Lage: Tsambika monastery, Seven springs, Butterfly valley, Old town - all can be reached by bus (or taxi), the bus stop is by the hotel.
