Our outdoor oasis beckons you to unwind and revel in luxury. Immerse yourself

in the refreshing waters of the pool during the summer, soaking in the

stunning vistas that stretch as far as the eye can see. As the day transitions

to night or during colder months, slip into the inviting hot tub, where the

star-studded sky becomes your personal canvas, offering a mesmerizing backdrop

for relaxation. The house is in California wilderness, you will see many

different birds flying around and other wild life







★☆ POOL HEATING DETAILS☆★



The pool is heated via solar panels from Mid May to early to Mid October,

during the day at no additional cost. Because this is a solar system, there is

no heating at night.







When heated, the goal is for the pool temp to be at a minimum of 80F/26C

during the day. You can expect warmer temerature during the warmer months in

the summer. Please be aware that 80F is warm (not hot), and you will still

feel a little chill, especially when the weather is hot outside due to the

temperature difference. This a solar system, therefore the temperature may

fluctuate, especially at the beginning and end of the season.







Pool heating is NOT available October 16-May 14 as it is too cold and requires

too much energy to heat the pool during this time of year. There is a separate

hot tub available that is always hot.







★☆ HOUSE RULES ☆★



☀ No smoking



☀ No pets allowed.



☀ No events, parties, or large gatherings



☀ Must be at least 25 years old to book



☀ Ramona has quiet hours from 10.00 pm to 7.00 am



☀ Please report any damages that occur during stay



☀ After sunset: close the screen doors to ensure no pests enter the house;

make sure you keep food in closed containers to avoid ant invasion.



☀ Do not leave children outside without close supervision: there is no fence

nor alarm to the pool, the house is on top of a hill and it can be dangerous

for young children to wander in the property unattended



☀The roads in the community are private and we - and our guests - have

easement and can use those roads from the gate to our property as much as we

need. Using the roads after our property or outside the road from the gate to

the house is trespassing



☀ Guests may request an early check-in (up to 3 hours before 4pm) or a late

check-out (up to 2 hours after 10am), so long as there is not a reservation

booked at our property for the day of your request. Please message us a day in

advance to confirm availability and receive the applicable fee quote.







☀ Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we

reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be

treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may

apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.



☀ If uncertain about guest numbers or daytime visitors, please reach out. We

aim to prevent any misunderstandings.

☀ The house is in the middle of California Wilderness, as such you can

encounter wild life such as rattle snake, scorpion, spiders: we strongly

recommend to always wear shoes to avoid being bitten by stepping on one of

those.

☀ You might see mountain lions but they are scared of you and will likely run

away when seeing you. Make big movement or noises if they don't; avoid running

away
