Welcome to your private guest suite in a peaceful lakefront setting in beautiful Lac‑Delage. This comfortable lower‑level suite is part of the owner’s residence and offers privacy, an independent entrance, and direct access to the lake just steps from your door. Guests enjoy a quiet environment surrounded by nature, with easy access to Stoneham Ski Resort, Empire 47, and Parc national de la Jacques‑Cartier.

The suite includes two rooms, a private bathroom, a cozy living area, and a well‑equipped kitchenette for preparing simple meals. You also have access to a private outdoor space with a BBQ, as well as a large seasonal pool shared only with the owner who lives on the upper level of the home.

Important notes

This is a private suite within the owner’s residence, rented to one group at a time.

The only shared space with the owner is the laundry room.

The suite is located on the lower level of the home and offers full privacy with no shared indoor areas.

Includes a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, and basic cooking essentials (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, tea, and coffee). Ideal for preparing simple meals.

Living area
Comfortable seating, workspace, Smart TV, and direct access from the private entrance.

Lake access & outdoor activities
Guests have direct access to the lake for swimming, canoeing, rowing, or simply relaxing by the water. A rowboat and canoe are available at no extra cost.

Pool access
A large outdoor pool is available during the warm season and is shared only with the owner.

Parking & access
Private on‑property parking and smart‑lock entry for flexible arrival and departure.

Pet policy
Pets are welcome (10$ per pet per night).

Cleaning
A 15$ cleaning fee applies per stay.
