Casa Caracol offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and location — a modern poolside villa in Playa Caracol, just 75 km from Panama City. Set within a peaceful gated beach community where the mountains are seen from the beach, this home lets you enjoy the best of both worlds: relaxation by the ocean and adventure in nature.
Inside, you’ll find a bright, open area with counter seating, a sofa, and a TV. The space flows directly onto your private poolside patio, featuring lounge chairs and an outdoor dining area—perfect for soaking up the sun, enjoying meals al fresco, or relaxing with the gentle breeze or enjoying the ceiling fan.
The primary suite includes a shaded balcony with ceiling fan and views of the pool and lush green hills, while the second bedroom and pullout sofa offer flexible sleeping options for families or friends.
With air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, streaming TV, and modern walk-in showers, Casa Caracol is designed for carefree comfort.

Acceso para huéspedes
Guests have full access to the PH project booked and common area spaces. Guests have full beach access and are allowed to use the beach furniture provided by your PH project that and reservation time.

A digital map of the project is available and a link to the Caracol Lifestyle guide can be provided at Reception.

Guests have access to the Vento Beach Club, The Wave Restaurant and Surf Shack restaurant, Caracol market store, Oasis Surf shop and sports courts (reservations may be required beforehand).

Tides 41 offers wonderful pools, BBQ areas and one playground on the opposite end of the Tides area.

There is a skateboard pump track near Surf Shack site, reservations for usage can be made at the Surf Shack restaurant.

Things to bring:

Food, beverages, clothes, swimwear, plastic or metal drinking cups with lids, cooler, sun screen, mosquito repellant, hats, sun glasses, beach towels/blanket. (We do provide 4 beach towels.)

Additional Beach items to bring:
* Beach umbrella, paddleball & pickleball equipment, soccer ball, football, basketball, surfboards, bodyboard equipment to enjoy your beach stay.

Mosquito Repellant:
Don’t forget to bring mosquito repellent for the late afternoons, evenings and early mornings for mosquitoes and other insects known as noseeums.

• Caracol Market – Playa Caracol has its own onsite market grocery and consumables store to provide all important food, beverages, consumables, kitchen items and toiletries at your convenience.

Things to be aware of:
• Villa Residences and Tides Door Handles - Please lift the door handle to lock the door at the Villa residence and Tides units. The switch for the dishwasher is next to the kitchen sink inside the kitchen area.
• Trash areas are located outside of each project with trash signage.
• Power and Water Outages - Panama does experience electricity and water outages and there is no backup generator on site for the PH buildings, only common areas. The restaurants do, however, have backup generators. No financial compensation will be offered for any outages experienced or damage to your property or unforeseen circumstances. Please pack your own surge protection plugs or UPS device to further protect your electronic devices (no damage claims will be considered).
• Road Conditions - Roads in certain areas can be uneven and dirt roads, please take care and drive slowly when necessary.
• Construction on site - Please be advised on Playa Caracol being a new development project and construction is taking place at various intervals on site and may be noisy.
• Weather – strong winds Please be aware of strong winds and slamming doors and windows during the windy dry season especially that may cause damage or injury. Please secure the door to avoid any issues.
• Cleaning during your stay - If you require cleaning of your unit during your stay this can be arranged at an additional charge of $40 per clean with the cleaning team.
