-There is a golf cart available for your use. We will collect a copy of your Driver's License, Insurance Card, and a copy of our signed Golf Cart Waiver/Agreement. Please let us know at booking if you would like to use the golf cart.
-This property is dog friendly. A non-refundable pet fee of $180+tax will be charged. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout.
-Reservations must be made by a guest aged 25 or older who will stay on property throughout the booking.
-No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property. Discovery of smoke residue will result in a $500 fee.
-A starter supply of essentials is provided for the first 24 hours, including paper goods and basic cleaning items. Additional supplies should be purchased as needed.
