„Ein wunderschönes Hotel an einem schönen Strand. Das Hotel ist elegant, sehr gepflegt und angenehm gestaltet. Was mich gestört hat, war die viel zu laute Musik, und zwar aus den Lautsprechern aussen neben den Pfaden, man muss fast den ganzen Tag die laute Salsa ertragen, die natürlich auch im Zimmer hörbar ist. Laute Salsa und Rumba auch in Restaurants, unerträglich. Die Bedienung in dern Restaurants ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, aber sie übertreiben auch. Sie kommen meistens alle paar Minuten ...

„The Resort is rather new and big located approximately 20 minutes drive outside the city of Cancun. Everything is made for US tourists, prices in US Doller, staff speaking English to you, food and design of the restaurants typically “Mexican Food Alike“. Prices are US prices too, 50 USD for breakfast buffet per person. A strange experience in Mexico but might be what most US tourists are asking for? We have continued our journey to Oaxaca and are now enjoying authentic food and people. “

„We liked that the property was very clean and it had an option for booking a Villa which was ideal for us since we had a family of 2 with 2 toddlers. They were able to play in the living room together and had a large space to run around. The hot tub in the patio area was also a bonus. The restaurants had great food and there were lots of options. "Die Anlage ist eindrucksvoll und durch den Shuttlebus erreicht man schnell alle Einrichtungen. Der Strand ist zwar nicht der schönste an der Riviera Maya, aber sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind toll ausgestattet, aber ein paar Kakerlaken haben unseren Weg gekreuzt. Tolle Animation, gute Cocktails. "
