The main living level is bright and open, anchored by a comfortable lounge that flows straight into the dining area and a full chef's kitchen. Stainless appliances, a generous island, and a dedicated coffee corner make morning routines easy, while the six-seat dining table sets the stage for slow dinners and even slower breakfasts. Big windows pull in plenty of natural light, and a nautical accent here and there nods to the harbor town just down the hill.

Upstairs, the primary suite is the kind of room you don't mind retreating to early --- king bed, ceiling fan, two cozy sitting chairs by the window, and an ensuite with a dual vanity and walk-in shower. A second bedroom on the same level offers a queen bed and ceiling fan, perfect for friends or family sharing the space. Down on the lower level, you'll find the third bedroom --- a king-bed suite with its own private entrance, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, essentially a self-contained guest quarters.

But the real showstopper is the rooftop. Climb the stairs and you're rewarded with a sprawling open-air lounge complete with a firepit, dining for six under the umbrella, a built-in grill, and panoramic views stretching across the rooftops to the Pacific. Location-wise, you're in one of the most walkable pockets of the Central Coast. The Pismo Beach Pier and downtown's lineup of seafood joints, ice cream shops, and surf bars are an easy stroll away, as is the sand itself. Stretch the legs a little further and you'll hit Dinosaur Caves Park, with its clifftop trails and tide pool overlooks, or the laid-back charm of Shell Beach just up the coast. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Parking Details:
- The property accommodates up to 3 vehicles total, including a 2-car garage.
- Street parking is available along Stimson Ave on a first-come, first-served basis.
- There is no EV charger on site.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
