Welcome to your cozy Chandler home away from home! You will be staying in a beautiful Arizona inspired newly-built house (2021). Immaculate kitchen with brand-new Samsung appliances, Polished Countertops, and contemporary furniture. Fully loaded Kitchen.

This quite gated home us centrally located to some of Arizona's finest restaurants, bars, hikes, shops, golf courses measures and more. Quick access to 3 of the main freeways to get all over town !
Quiet, gated neighborhood for you to lay back and relax. Perfect for peace and relaxation.

5 bedrooms with 1 King Tuft & Needle bed, 3 Queen Tuft & Needle beds, 1 full-size futon bed, and 2 twin bunk beds. Additional queen air mattress available at additional charge. All linens, comfortable pillows, comforters, and sheets included. All mattresses are covered with mattress protectors.

Enjoy a laptop workspace or relax watching your preferred shows with ultra-fast WIFI included.

3 Flat screen smart TVs. Hang out and play some games, binge Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ or enjoy coffee while listening to music from the refrigerator (YES, that’s right). If you’re booking and you desire to watch other channels you can download these for an additional app download fee or log in to use your existing apps.

For parking, up to three vehicles will fit in the driveway, and street parking available. No parking is never an issue.

Ideal location. 10 mins away from Chandler Fashion Square. 8 mins away from San Tan Village Marketplace. 15 mins away from ASU. 12 mins away from Intel.

No parties or events are allowed, no exceptions. Maximum of 15 people at the home if guests are coming to visit during the day. Maximum of 10 adults can sleep at the home.

Host was friendly and responsive. We were there mostly to sleep and clean up while visiting relatives in Tempe, so didn't make use of kitchen. Maybe have two bedside lamps in the downstairs bedroom. Some of us noted lack of towel racks upstairs. No towels were supplied in downstairs bath/shower. Rugs in downstairs bathroom didn't appear to be clean.Ice or even ice trays in the freezer would have been helpful. Only caffeinated coffee was available with the coffee machine. A couple of us use only decaf. Owner might want to include in instructions how/where to turn on garbage disposal and what to do with the used dishes, towels, and bedding before departing. Note discprepancy between wi-fi passwords on router and in instructions.

Horrible experience

The host canceled the night before the stay. I had a family flying in from out of town and was left in a bind. I had reached out to the house multiple times earlier in the week, and he did not answer. He was unresponsive and truly caused quite a bit of stress. I would definitely recommend avoiding booking this home.

Was a great house to hang out with friends

We just stayed one night - out of town friends came in so we could hang out together and they would have a place to sleep that wasn't a hotel. This house has a lot of sleeping space and bathrooms. It has a well stocked kitchen with an open area for hanging out. It does not have a back yard and the back is overgrown with tall dead grass, so it is not for hanging out outside. Description is accurate and the owner responds to messages within a reasonable time.

Disappointed

While the house was undoubtedly beautiful and well-laid out, we were disappointed to find several issues that detracted from our stay. The hot water was barely warm, the floors were dirty, and there was a noticeable amount of dust and bugs. Additionally, the kitchen lacked basic essentials like dish towels and rags, and the furniture showed signs of wear and tear. We believe with a bit more attention to detail, this property could be truly exceptional.

Nice place to stay

The house was very nice, each room was very clean and welcoming. The back yard is smallish and we did have issues with the TV in the Master bedroom. The ROKU remotes didn't work or seem to match up with the TV. Also the remotes for the fans in the den and bottom floor bedroom didn't work properly.

House was fine bathrooms were nice however the first 3 days we did not have access to use the TV because there was not a working remote in the house. This was a little frustrating as we had things we wanted to watch in the evenings but could not do so. Other than that nice stay....

Amazing Winter Holiday Vacation

Myself and extended family wanted to spend Christmas in Arizona visit i g other family members who live in Maricopa. The home was beautiful add the host always responded to our needs amazingly prompt. The host left instructions on places to see, things to do and how to operate everything in the beautiful home.

First off, Mohammed was such a gracious host! Thank you! Secondly the home in Chandler AZ was beautiful in and out with the most modern appliances, amazing floor plan, and comfortable living spaces. The beds were so comfortable, home was exquisitly clean, and my family and I were very impressed. Home is tucked away in a gated community conveniently located near shopping, dining, and highway for easy access to other parts of located around Chandler to include Mesa, Tempe, and Scottsdale is a short highway drive away. Thank you again Mohammed, for your hospitality and constant communication to make our stay an all around world class experience! Highly recommended 💯
