fantastic getaway

This property 100% checks all the boxes. Great location and the size of the home is perfect. Depending on what you're looking for, everything is a short trip (15 minutes or less) to great food venues, bars and casino. We do this trip every year and rotate locations but will be back next year.

Very nice property. Our only complaint is that the BBQ grill needs a deep clean in order to use. It would not heat up due to plugged heating elements. The living room TV could also be updated to allow for more streaming.

Beautiful home

Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) enjoyed this house immensely. The pool and outdoor area are beautiful and inviting. The weather wasn’t ideal with cool temps and some rain, but the kids (and a few adults) were able to brave the cold in the heated pool. The house is spacious and the bathrooms are beautiful. We weren’t sure if the pool house had a bathroom, and it does not, but the kids were happy to have a hang out of their own during the day. We would love to visit again, and hope to do so in the future.

Beautiful Property & Great Location

The house and property really are exactly as described. The rooms were all spacious and with four bathrooms too, everyone had their own, personal space. The pool and hot tub were great and the property manager and owner were great about heating it for us when we requested it. The backyard is SUPER private. There is very little shade in the backyard, I saw this in the photos and anticipated it, and there is a huge baja shelf in the pool, with a hole in it for an umbrella. We went to Walmart and bought an umbrella for $29 and left it for the next users. We found it was pretty critical for staying out in the pool area all day, which we did multiple days for some much needed R&R. The air conditioning worked great and there wasn't a thing to complain about with this home. We hope to stay again in the future.

Oustanding Experience

We enjoyed our stay emensely, the house was outstanding, spacious and very comfortable. The pool and spa were excellent and the position of the house provided a wonderfully cool area to relax at the end of the day, since the pool is shaded from the afternoon sun. The kitchen, patio and BBQ area were excellent with no lack of area or cooking utensils.

Great family home!

The home is very spacious as we were a family of 7 adults. The 4th bedroom in the home is more like an office as it does not have a closet to hang clothing. We did have an issue with the pool and we’re not able to use the last day due to algae however the owner did call the pool company and they came out to shock the pool. I would recommend if you will be using the pool to make sure you ask for extra chlorine tabs so you don’t have any issues. Overall home was great!

We all had a wonderful experience in this large, livable home! Great living spaces and amenities. We had a few issues but they were resolved quick;y thanks to the kind property manager. We had a memorable family vacation there!

Spacious and quiet

Normally stay in North Scottsdale but decided to try Paradise Valley. Happy with location. Close to restaurants. House itself was very clean and modern. We did have some issues outside. Pool was green when we arrived. A call to owner was quickly returned and pool company came next day to clean pool. We did miss 1.5 days of swimming but was vary happy with quick response/action of owner to solve issue. Pool area was very nice and roomy. Would have liked to have the yard cleaned at least once during our 17 day stay. Deck got very dusty and weeds were growing. Even if there was a blower in the garage, I would have blown off deck. Even with that, house is nice and modern and pool area is nice and spacious. Given owners willingness to make a renter happy, I would recommend this place.

Amazing Family Vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The home was spotless and had all the amenities we wanted/needed. The pictures were a true portrayal of the property, but thought the actual property was even better than the pictures. We spent most days by the pool and most nights in the open concept kitchen/livingroom area. We ate most meals in utilizing the all the appliances and stocked items in the Kitchen along with the great outdoor kitchen area (5 burner grill and 2 refrigerators). Location is great for proximity to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery story, Fashion Square Mall, Old Town Scottsdale, and Papago Park. Lily was great to work with and answered rapidly the few questions that we had. We would definitely stay again at this property and would high recommend the property to others.

We really enjoyed staying at Shea North Estates, plenty of room for 4 couples. Wish the weather would have been warmer so we could have used the beautiful pool. We did take advantage of the hot tub!!

Awesome stay!!!

We had an amazing time. The house was spacious and accommodate my and my groups of friends. There was 10 of us celebrating my birthday. Kitchen was complete, bathrooms were nice, and there was plenty of towels. If I could change anything I wish the wifi was a little faster, there were more lights outside at night for the pool and shade during the day because in 100 degree heat we still want to enjoy being outside. Other than that I would stay here again. Thanks Roger

Divine Intervention

This is a special house, to be treated with respect. I didn't know how impacted I would be staying here. An Oasis of love and learning. Clarity and beauty. The operators are a Godsend to work with and truly made our experience worthwhile and are so very gracious. If you rent this space, please treat it with the love and honor it deserves. I could have done a better job at that, but I am learning to accept my imperfections and move on to being a better guest. What a beautiful and absolutey divine home. Worth every penny. MLH
