Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Lage

Das Haus liegt wirklich sehr schön. In ein paar Minuten ist das Meer zu erreichen mit einem tollen Strand und vielen Fischen zum Schnorcheln. Der Außenbereich mit dem Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön und lädt zu erholsamen Stunden ein. Wir würden das Haus immer wieder buchen.

Absolutely loved our stay. Apartment was everything that was listed and more. Had everything we wanted and needed and was in the perfect location. The beautiful beach was only 2/3 minutes away as was the local bar restaurant, which serves amazing food, and the supermarket. Communication with the hosts was excellent, Lisa even arranged our taxi transfers to and from the airport at an excellent price. Would highly recommend this villa and would definitely come back.

Short walk to beach, a few cafes, supermarket and a few restaurants.Buses to Coral Bay and Paphos were regular from the beach car park, though we found it close enough to walk back from Coral Bay.The house has a good sized pool and plenty of outdoor seating, though sometimes there was a drain smell, especially when it was really hot. Not the fault of the house.Could do with new outdoor cushions and en suite shower screen.Overall, a clean and airy house, with everything you need.We didn’t try the hot tub; it was so hot in August!Fridge was stocked with water, milk, marg, bread, cheese and ham when we arrived; very welcome after arriving in the early hours.

Great stay in Coral Bay

A great villa in a great location. Communication with the host Lisa, was easy and she replied quickly. She arranged the taxi transfers to and from the hotel and recommended local car hire at a great price. On arrival there is a folder with lots of useful information for the area, trips, restaurants and places to visit.The villa is close to the beach and local bar and shop and only a short walk onto the main strip with lots of great restaurants to choose from. A great villa, with all the amenities that you would require for your holiday - lots of space, different areas for eating and relaxing and a well equipped kitchen. The kids loved the pool, which is a good size.We had a great holiday and hopefully will come back again soon

Great location, great owner

This property is in an excellent location, and Lisa is a responsive and flexible host, who was a joy to deal with.We felt that the cleanliness of the property was somewhat lacking when we arrived, and some of the furnishings and linen was tired and ill-fitting...both things that are easily remedied.The outside area is fantastic, but watch out for both the decking and the cushions on the sunbeds, which get fiercely hot!In walking distance there are a couple of bars, a small supermarket and an ice cream parlour, as well as a lovely beach. A very short drive away is the main strip with lots of bar and restaurant choices, and a large supermarket (with everything you could need).Lisa helped us arrange car hire and the hire of a cot and high chair for our daughter, so if you need these things then I recommend Lisa's contacts, as they're very competitively priced, and provide a great service.Ultimately, we loved our stay!

Fijne en complete villa op rustige locatie

Prima verblijf gehad in deze ruime villa. Vooral de buitenruimte was fijn met diverse zitjes en als bonus de jacuzzi. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig en we hebben dankbaar gebruik gemaakt van de aangeboden korting voor een buggytour en boothuur. Autohuur via U2 verliep ook probleemloos. Grote supermarkt Philippos in de buurt. Paar kleine onderhoudstips gemeld bij de verhuurder maar verder helemaal tevreden over ons verblijf.

Loved every minute

Just returned from a wonderful stay in Cyprus. Lisa's villa was perfect - great location, beautiful outside/pool area, great size rooms and well equipped kitchen. View of the beach from the bedroom balcony was lovely to wake up to. Plenty to do locally and good bus links if you don't have a car. Stunning beach less than 5 minute walk away. Lisa was so helpful and replied to any questions very promptly. An excellent information pack was available with recommendations of restaurants and places to visit. Quad biking was a real hit with our family!! We can't thank Lisa enough for an amazing family holiday xx

Fabulous Villa

Our recent stay at the villa was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were delighted by the attention to detail and the warm welcome we received. The villa itself was stunning and provided everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The pool was a highlight of our stay. It was the perfect size, allowing us to enjoy leisurely swims and plenty of fun with the family. We spent many hours lounging around the pool, soaking up the sun and enjoying the serene atmosphere. The location of the villa was ideal. Situated in a lovely quiet area, it offered a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The surroundings were tranquil, and we truly appreciated the calm environment. Additionally, everyone we encountered in the area was incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. One of the standout features of our stay was the thoughtful final touches provided by the villa owners. Arriving in the early hours, we were pleasantly surprised to find bread, cheese, ham, and milk waiting for us in the fridge. This was especially welcome as we were all starving from our journey, and it made our arrival so much more comfortable. Our stay at the villa was everything we could have hoped for and more. It was the perfect place to unwind, enjoy quality time with loved ones, and experience the beauty of the area. We can't wait to return for another wonderful holiday!

Beautiful Villa!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Jolivia, the indoor space was great for our family of 4 ( 2 adults, 18 & 13 yr old). The real star is the outdoor space! Great pool, lovely sitting areas either in sun or shade, and the bonus of a hot tub if the pool was too cold! The area is lovely and peaceful, well maintained and a short stroll to the beautiful Corallia Beach. The Coral Bay Strip was still undergoing an upgrade (due to be finshed around May?) but quite a few of the restaurants were still open. There are plenty of places within walking distance frim the Villa and the 615 bus leaves from the beach and goes right into Paphos Centre so everything was easily accessible. We chose to hire a car for a few days to explore some of the local area and villages which are just stunning! We used Lisa's recommendation for car hire and found it very reasonable and stress free! Lisa was a fantastic host, great communication and everything went smoothly! We will definitely be returning!

Great outdoor space

The great outdoor space makes this property ideal for family or adult group. We are a family of 6 adults. The pool is a good size with plenty of seating and loungers. The beach is very close by and shops and restaurants in walking distance, plus the bus stop taking you into Paphos. The only negative was the condition of the towels, rugs and bed linen, most of which is pretty worn and tired. Some of the swimming towels actually had holes in them as they were so threadbare. This didn't detract us from enjoying the holiday though.

Enjoyable stay in Cyprus

Communication from booking to arrival, to leaving at the end of our holiday was excellent. There was never an issue in getting information about the area or places to go and replies were very quick. Used some of the recommended restaurants and genuine discount of 10% on good food and drinks. Villa was a 5 minute walk to the beach. Bus to local restaurants and Pathos harbour very frequent. Local bar and supermarket nearby if didn’t want to venture far. We felt villa could have been a bit cleaner given that there is a service charge for the purpose. Pool was a good size and we used daily. Had to vacate villa for an hour or two as pest control had to deal with some insects. All dealt with well, none appeared after treatment and had a breakfast paid for while being done. Again good communication with issue. Villa spacious and choice of outside area for sun or shade.

We have just come back from a fabulous holiday. I always stay in villas or apartments and this I think may be the nicest one yet. The villa is exactly as described in the listing. The outside area is beautiful, the pool was fabulous and the water a perfect temperature. There is a lovely hottub if you fancy that too. We had many barbeques whilst there which my husband loved. The location is excellent. It is just a few minutes walk to Corallia beach which is lovely and sandy and has lifeguards. It took us about 15 minutes to walk into coral bay strip where the majority of the restaurants are. We hired a car with the company Lisa recommended for 3 days so we could go to Paphos, the waterpark, tomb of the kings, Latchi etc mote easily but you dont really need it. The local supermarket delivers you and your food to your door and will even pick you up, and the bus goes from just across the road and takes you along the coast into Paphos and is very regular. If you like to run or walk there is a beautiful route along the coast to the shipwreck and a great place to eat there called Oniros by the Sea, i would highly recommend it. Walking this took us 45 minutes with the kids. It is around 6km there and back. Communication with Lisa was excellent and she even left us a lovely welcome pack which we were very grateful for as we arrived very late as our plane was delayed. I wouldn't hesitate to book this villa or any of Lisa's other villas again!

2 weeks of peace and relaxation

A very welcoming villa, very comfortable in an ideal location. The pool in April was very cold, we only used it once, but in the summer months I’m sure it will be ideal. The kitchen could have been better equipped with a little more cutlery and cooking utensils and baking trays. Although it didn’t cause us too much of a problem as we did eat out every night. I just think that a family might find cooking a bit of a challenge, Overall a very good villa with excellent communication with villa managers.

Beautiful villa super close to the beach with stunning views - very responsive and thoughtful hosts!

We had a fantastic time at this villa, the local restaurants are amazing and the location is great - quiet, but with easy access to a stunning sandy beach. Lisa was brilliant, very responsive and we arrived to thoughtful touches such as bread, cheese, meats and a thorough personal guide to the local area with recommendations. We would love to visit again and would recommend to any friends!

Dream resort in Coral Bay

We have been in the area of Coral Bay several times now and always rented a villa. This one was by far the best in every respect. Let me give you an example when we arrived lights went on automatically outside at the entrance. Then after opening the front door cozy lights inside the living appeared also to be turned on. The welcome package, furthermore, made the beginning of our stay one we will never forget. The villa was spotless clean and very well equipped with everything you need or had dreamed of before the vacation. Then there was the large jacuzzi with warm water that made up for the large pool which was not usable because it was February. Another outstanding thing was the communication with Lisa and the large map with instructions about the property use and all sort of tips for having an unforgettable vacation. In short Lisa and her husband Felix know how to prepare you a comfortable and relaxing vacation in a dream house. Thank you and we'll be back soon.

Lovely property in Coral Bay

The property was really nice with lots of outside areas to relax . That fact there were no pool / beach towels provided was disappointing. Also the T V was a bit small for the size of the room and seemed to freeze quite often while we were watching .

Nice villa and good location.

Had a lovely week in Villa Jolivia. Directions from Lisa were very clear and villa was easy to find. Villa was very clean on arrival with a very nice welcome pack provided. We didn’t spend much time indoors but the living area is nice and spacious with everything you could require. Nice comfy beds in each bedroom. Good aircon throughout and excellent wifi inside and out. Outside is also very good, lots of seating and dining area’s, seat cushions need updating though. Pool is a good size and was also kept nice and clean, kids loved it. A few minutes walk to nearest beach, restaurant, supermarket and bus stop. Bus every 10 minutes to Coral Bay strip and Paphos, excellent value at €1.50 flat fare. We had a car but it’s not really essential if you want to stay locally in Coral Bay and Paphos. Communication with Lisa was good. Would highly recommend Villa Jolivia for a good family holiday.
