The Space:
Enjoy a peaceful stay in this studio ideally located near the Arc de Triomphe - quiet, functional and perfectly arranged for two people.
The studio includes:
• A living space: a convertible sofa bed for two people (140 × 200), a Smart television, storage space and high-speed Wi-Fi access.
• An open kitchen equipped with microwave, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, kettle, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.
• A bathroom: includes a shower and toilet, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.
The studio also has laundry facilities: iron, ironing board and drying rack.

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG): Catch the RER B train towards Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and exit at Gare du Nord. Then, switch to Line 4 of the metro towards Porte de Clignancourt. At Barbès-Rochechouart, transfer to Line 2 towards Porte Dauphine and disembark at Place de Clichy.
From Orly Airport (ORY): Hop on the Orlyval light train to Antony. Transfer to the RER B train heading to Aéroport Charles de Gaulle/Mitry-Claye. At Denfert-Rochereau, switch to Line 4 of the metro towards Porte de Clignancourt. Then, transfer to Line 2 at Barbès-Rochechouart towards Porte Dauphine and alight at Place de Clichy.
From Gare du Nord: Take Line 4 of the metro towards Porte de Clignancourt. Transfer to Line 2 at Barbès-Rochechouart towards Porte Dauphine and get off at Place de Clichy.

Our professional housekeeping team will ensure the apartment is pristine upon both your arrival and departure, setting the stage for a delightful experience.
If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.
Family-Friendly Services:
If you require a cot and high chair, simply let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice), and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs, subject to availability.
Please note, however, that baby linen is not provided.
Check-in and Check-out Times:
Check-in: From 2:00 PM.
Early Check-ins: If you wish to check in before 2:00 PM, confirmation will be provided 24 hours in advance, and a fee of 50% of one night’s rate may apply.
Check-out: By 10:00 AM at the latest.
Late Check-outs: If you wish to extend your stay beyond 10:00 AM, this will be confirmed 24 hours in advance, and a fee of 50% of one night’s rate may apply.
Deposit Requirement:
To access the property, a deposit of €150 is required, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Rest assured, you can expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided there are no damages.
Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Should there be any cigarette smell post-stay, a fee of €450 will be applied.
Please note that the extra key service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more.
In case of lost keys left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Avoid leaving keys on the door or inside.
Respect your neighbors' peace and quiet. Excessive noise may result in deductions from your deposit.
Please be mindful of any ongoing construction inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.

We would like to remind you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will only be allowed entry if accompanied by an adult meeting the age requirement. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in refusal of entry, and no refund requests will be accepted.
