Welcome to Grand Panama, where the white sugary sands of Panama City Beach are just across the sky walk! Start every morning with a fresh cup of coffee or tea on your private balcony and enjoy the stunning views of the gulf and the city. This eighth floor (13th floor technically, 5 levels of parking) condo offers a spacious, open floor plan with 1 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, and bunks in the hall. All amenities are available year round and will include a private beach, fitness room, 1 beach front pool with 2 hot tubs, 1 heated rooftop pool at tower 2 with a hot tub, 2 tiki bars (tower 1 pool, tower 2 pool), community BBQ grills, and much more.

- MUST BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS (please do not take white towels to beach)

- Upon arrival you will receive a personal electronic door code that will remain active the duration of your stay.

- Resort fee is $55 which includes registration, any wristbands and a parking pass for one vehicle. A second parking pass is available for another $35. Motorcycle parking passes are $55 or $35 if it's an addition to another vehicle. This will be done online and you'll be sent a link 2-3 days prior to checkin. You will need to get your resort wrist bands and parking pass at the front desk which is needed for beach, pool and fitness center access.

- Ocean View: Plenty visible even with tower 1 in front of you
- Distance to beach: across the skywalk (3-5 minute walk)
- Distance to Pier Park: 3.9 miles (7-10 min drive)
- Shipwreck Island Water Park, Ripley's Believe it or Not, Putt-putt golf, arcades, Rock it Lanes, jet ski rentals, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, parasailing, Wonder Works, Zoo Works and go-carts are all within a few miles from the condo.
- Within 5 miles of the condo are Shell Island, pontoon boat rentals, and St. Andrews State Park.
- Walmart and other stores are less than 1 mile away from condo, as well as many restaurants and bars.
- There are also many wonderful restaurants located directly on the beach.
- Sunsations is right next to Grand Panama for all your beach needs

Cancellations due to weather:
Refunds due to weather are issued only when mandatory evacuations are issued by local government. If a mandatory evacuation is ordered for the property the unused days will be refunded.

Refunds are not granted if you cannot travel due to being diagnosed with COVID-19. We recommend all guests obtain travel insurance so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds are given when a mandatory closure of the short-term rental is issued.

Beach service - the wooden lounge chairs, are available for an additional fee from the beach vendor.

In the bedroom closet, you will find 2 folding beach chairs, beach cart and folding beach mat. You are welcome to use them and set them up anywhere on the beach. Please dust off the sand and bring our beach chairs inside the suite every night. PCB has a “Leave No Trace” law and items on the beach unattended after 7pm will be picked up and destroyed. You will be responsible for lost beach chairs, cart and mat.
