Get ready for an amazing stay! Our house comes with a private pool (optional heater available for an additional $49.90 per night - please note that the heater must be reserved for the entire stay).

Additionally, there is a game room equipped with 9 arcades, a foosball table and a smart TV. The game room also includes a futon couch for an additional guest.

Each bedroom is adorned with smart TVS, a unique theme and ambient music, creating an immersive experience that transports you into the captivating world of a movie.

For your convenience, there is one bedroom located on the first floor and a full bathroom next to it.

Please note, the house itself does not have a private hot tub. The hot tub is located at the Resort's Clubhouse and is a shared amenity.

• No designated parking spots in front of the house (first come, first serve). Limit of 3 vehicles per house.

• We offer complimentary Wi-Fi.

• Kids amenities free of charge: high chair, kids table, crib, and baby tub.

• Free washer and dryer available at the house.

• You’ll find a starter pack with: Laundry Soap (3 loads), Dish Soap and Dish Washer Detergent, Salt, Pepper, Sugar, Coffee, Toilet Paper (1 for each bathroom) Paper Towels (1 roll), Garbage Bags (3), Shampoo and Shower Gel (1 for each bathroom).

• We offer pool heating for an additional $49.90 per night (it has to be for the entire stay). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm up to 90º (maximum temperature for the pool). Let us know in advance if you want this option, so when you get to the house, the pool will already be heated for you.

• We offer a propane grill for free! Guests are responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill. However, if the tank is full upon arrival, feel free to use it. By requesting this service, guests acknowledge they are using the grill at their own risk and are liable for any damage caused during its use.

• Pricing for this house is based on 2 guests per bedroom, and $15 for each additional guest per night (only 2 extra guests are allowed).
