The GAMEROOM - Bring the whole family to this great home w/lots of room for fun. Located in a quiet & peaceful neighborhood just a few blocks from campus. The Gameroom has everything you will need while visiting the University. 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths. Luxury mattresses, pillow & sheets ensure a great night of sleep. Plush towels & washcloths will make you want to come back again! 2 pull out couches, Xbox, darts, ping pong table, cornhole and fire pit make this your home away from home!

The Gameroom has 2400 square feet and sleeps up to 10 people with the addition of two queen-sized sofa beds. This is the perfect weekend getaway for your family and friends. Watch football, basketball, or your favorite shows on the 70 inch TV with Sony Soundbar. Smart TV has all the apps for your streaming services as well as cable TV (with ESPN). Superfast fiber wifi (100MB+) makes streaming and using all your devices so easy. Fully stocked kitchen to cook meals, but there are plenty of restaurants and food delivery services for those days when you just want to kick back and relax. Kids and adults will love the extra room that has its own smart TV, Xbox Series S with gamepass, pingpong, and darts. There is a patio with chairs and tables alongside a wood burning firepit. Plenty of room for the kids to run around, and the family will love playing cornhole in a private backyard with a 6ft privacy fence. BBQ Grill with propane tank in back yard for those with culinary ambitions. Note: the fireplace is for aesthetics only and is not functional.

Little extras: coffee and filters are provided for the coffee pot, and several keurig pods are provided as well. Tea drinkers will love the electric water kettle.

Kitchen has all the dishes, pots and pans that you will need. Also stocked with wine glasses, bourbon tumblers, shaker, blender, crock pot, and more! Both plastic and glass water glasses to accommodate all ages. (No sippy cups though, so be sure to bring those). Sharp knife set for chopping veggies, making cheeseplates, etc.

Supplies for short stays: paper towels, sponges, kitchen towels, dish soap and dishwashing detergent. Two laundry detergent pods per visit as well. Handsoap throughout. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (all Dove Sensitive Skin). Coffee, and a starter amount of keurig pods so you don`t have to worry about going to the store until the next day. If you are staying longer or need more than what is provided, you will need to go to the store and pick up what you need.

Not provided: High chair, pack and play, or outlet plugs.

Free parking for up to 6 vehicles - driveway will fit 4 and curbside fits 2 more. You can easily walk to campus or take an Uber. Campus has plenty of scooters available to rent as well. Stadium is 1.4 miles away.

Remote lock makes self check in so simple and convenient.

Check-in instructions will be sent via the app. House manual will be available in the unit.
3 ping pong balls and 2 paddles are provided for each stay. If those get broken and you would like more, you may easily purchase them at Walmart or Target. Broken paddles will be deducted from the security deposit and replaced by the host after departure.

Extra dart tips and feathers are provided. Please use with care to make them last as long as possible.

To minimize the amount of time that it takes housekeeping staff to prepare the unit for the next guests, please follow the following departure rules:

Clean up all trash and put into trash can. Take kitchen garbage out to the trash can in garage.

Turn off all lights, TV`s, and ceiling fans prior to leaving.

Load dishes into dishwasher and run. Place hand washed items into drying rack after cleaning them.

Take dirty towels and linens to the laundry room.
