If you can pay the extra to stay elsewhere do it. Since before I even arrived I called to ask questions about the property the lady told me “mam when you check in you can ask here in person I am busy I have a line of customers waiting to be checked in”. Got there got the room they charge a $75 Dollar fee (non refundable) and a $150 deposit. Got up to my room the room was 80 degrees it was really hot I told the front desk about it she said they would have someone come check it out. I left the room for a couple hours came back got hotter. I call downstairs they sent someone up who didn’t know what they were doing the thought I wasn’t “putting AC” the error on the screen said change filter. I complained they switched me rooms that took about a hr to get get to the next room same issue! No ac I asked if I could get a fan nothing. The whole trip the 3 nights I stayed was hot! And NY in those days were hoy as well so TERRIBLE. The lobby felt good and cold but only lobby. Out of the 3 days nobody came to do room service/ clean/ new towels nothing. A few other people there as I would leave the hotel I would see them at the front desk complaining. Lastnight I was there I called to see if they had a spare remote as my new room didn’t come with one since I got switched to wine down wanted to watch a little tv and I called the front desk I was told their tv wasn’t working at the times their channels/ cable and no extra remote. Lastly the room they moved me too was smaller!
