The main living and kitchen areas are bright and airy, with large windows that overlook the pool. The kitchen offers generous prep space, a large island that seats 3, and a dining table for 6, plus even more space to dine and lounge outdoors on the covered patio.

Both living areas open directly to the private pool area, where a sun shelf and built-in bench seating offer the perfect place to soak up the sun or unwind under the stars. Catch the game or a movie on the poolside TV, stretch out in a lounger, and embrace true vacation mode.

The entire home is conveniently laid out on a single level with no stairs to climb. With 4 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa, Emerald Pearl comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.

Beach Access
Heading out the neighborhood turn left on Payne and then right on Ellis. Take this down and across 98 and you'll find your beach access at Pompano Joe's.

Miramar is perfectly situated between 30A and Destin. This wonderful community provides the beach relaxation you desire along with a multitude of activities for every member of your family.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
