The property itself was not bad, but the bedding was dirty. THE COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE! TERRIBLE! I have 3 months since I booked with Pelicanstay and I have yet to receive my security deposit. They were really fast to take the money out an offer me an extension to my stay and charge me for it. However, they have taken way over two month, almost three, to put my money back. The day we arrived, the checking information was sent super late, and also I emailed the representative regarding the Wi-Fi information and no one even bothered to ask, but they were soooo quick to answer me when it was regarding the extension. They are very irresponsible! I have called over 5 times to ask about my deposit being refunded and all they did was put me on hold and then the call failed. When I call back, they never pick up the phone. Moral of the story is that the place was nice, it was dirty, but it was nice, and their communication and customer service IS TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE! Will never book with you guys again!
