Summary:

Spectacular Tropical Apartment at Beachwalk Resort. The building was designed by Pininfarina (Ferrari). Enjoy our spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, master bedroom with King- sized bed, and a full bathroom, including a second room with 2 double beds and a full bathroom. There is comfortable full pullout sofa bed in the living room with smart tv. Resort fee will be charged at the check-in time at the property and it is not included.



The Space:

This apartment is located at the Beachwalk Resort, at the corner of Hallandale Beach Boulevard and the Intracoastal Waterway, equidistant from Miami Beach to the south, and Ft. Lauderdale to the north.

Enjoy this gorgeous condo-hotel on the beautiful beaches of South Florida. Pool, gym and resort style amenities including home comforts are ideal for families or friends travelling together.

This unit has a private balcony. It is just one easy block to the beach, and minutes from the most fabulous nightlife, dining, shopping and recreation experience. Wireless internet is included.

The fully equipped Gourmet kitchen offers a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, one glass stove, one integrated oven, a dishwasher, an integrated microwave, one stove, dishes, one coffee maker, and a toaster. Washer and Dryer, Electronic safe within the suite, one iron/ironing board, and 3 Smart TVs.Bathroom has complementary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), towels and a hairdryer.



You will also have beach access with a free shuttle service to the beach (3 minutes away).



CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: You can check-in at any time after 4PM, and you are also allowed to check-out at any time before 11AM. An complementary early check-in or late check-out time may be available, but you should first inquire.

● 1–7 nights: $30 per day

● 8–14 nights: $25 per day

● 15–29 nights: $20 per day

● 30+ nights: $300 per month + $10 per additional day



Incidental Security Deposit – $250 (Refundable)

A refundable $250 security deposit is required at check-in to cover incidental damages or charges.

The deposit will be refunded within 7–10 business days after check-out, provided no deductions are applied.

Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

The Neighborhood:

Just beyond the resort, you'll find the Hollywood Beach boardwalk and miles of Blue Wave-designated beaches. The resort is surrounded by lots of restaurants, and the world-famous Gulfstream Park, where you can go out to dine, enjoy horse races or try your luck at the casino five minutes away. To the west, you can visit the famous colossal Hard Rock Guitar Hotel & Casino. It is the perfect location to be if you are attending an event at Hard Rock Stadium. To the south, you can continue to the renowned Aventura Mall, or if you feel like going on an adventurous nightlife, you can head to South Beach to party all night. To the north, you can enjoy more shopping and restaurants in the city of Fort Lauderdale. We are minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport.

For groceries, you will find a 24 hour Walmart right next door, a Publix Supermarket two minutes drive, and you are very welcome to use Instacart for the groceries to be delivered right to your apartment.

● From Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL):

There are 7.72 miles between FLL and Hallandale Beach.

● From Miami International Airport (MIA):

Hallandale Beach is 23.8 miles away from MIA.

In both cases, you can either take an Uber or rent a car at the Airport.

Nice location and very attentive owner

The location was very convenient for getting to Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. We had places to visit in both so wanted to stay in the middle. The building staff were all very pleasant. Any issues that arose with the unit were handled by the owner very quickly. Having the parking garage was also very convenient and there are several restaraunts a short walk away. The Mediterranean restaraunt - next to Five and Below was delicious. Panera and Starbucks were easy to walk to for breakfast. There is a shuttle that takes you over to the beach but it is only an 8-10 minute nice walk. .
