The Space:

Ideal for families and friend groups, this home offers lots of space, a well-equipped kitchen, and an inviting outdoor patio. - The MAIN LEVEL SITTING AREA has comfortable seating and a Smart TV that’s a wonderful place to unwind at the end of the day. There are floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that give direct access to the private outdoor terrace.



- The PRIVATE PATIO features a dining table to enjoy your culinary creations or just drinks with your company and a great view of the city. There’s a charcoal BBQ for grilling up some tasty treats!



- A KITCHEN well-equipped with high-quality appliances and all the extras to prepare any meal of the day if you wish, and the important extras included, like a coffee maker for your morning kickstart and a blender for your afternoon mixers. There’s a small table that can accommodate 4.



- For enjoying a sit-down meal, the DINING TABLE can accommodate 8 comfortably.



- The UPPER-LEVEL SITTING AREA features a fun yellow sofa and an OFFICE DESK for the remote worker or student.

Guest Access:

Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival, to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in.

Anzures ambiance is a harmonious blend of tranquility and urban vitality. It's a place where locals and visitors alike can enjoy leisurely strolls, indulge in world-class shopping, savor diverse culinary experiences, and immerse themselves in Mexico City's rich cultural heritage. Chapultepec Park is one of the largest urban parks in the world, and there you can tour an actual castle. Nearby the neighborhood you can find enriched institutions like the National Museum of Anthropology, which houses a remarkable collection of indigenous artifacts. The neighborhood's strategic location ensures easy access to various parts of the city, making it an ideal base for both business travelers and tourists.



Getting Around:

The property is approximately 15 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX).

Some options for transportation are:

- Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride.

- Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing.

- Please note that security cameras are installed outside the property.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.

-Please note that upon booking, you will receive a link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed prior to check-in.

- Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors must provide their ID one day in advance, or building security will deny them access.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- Pets are allowed with prior approval only and at an extra cost.

- A crib/Pack ´n Play is available upon request and must be reserved before check-in.

- Guests must climb stairs.

- You may experience typical city noise such as traffic and construction.

- The parking space can only accommodate a regular size car. (maximum: 1.80m wide x 4.22m long and 1.57m high)
