Gorgeous, sunny, and open, this beautifully remodeled top floor unit at The Summit is located directly across the street from Eagle Lodge and is considered ski-in/ski-out when Eagle Lodge is open. Easily get to the mountain and on the hill in two minutes! Settle into the spacious living area with its vaulted ceiling, wood-burning fireplace, flatscreen TV, and sliding door access out to the deck. The well-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and plenty of accessories to help the visiting chefs in your group whip up quick snacks or full meals. In-unit laundry for added convenience! Updated bathrooms with a nice soaking tub after a long day of adventuring. Reserved underground parking means no clearing snow from your car. Take advantage of the Summit’s shared amenities that include outdoor swimming pools (summer months only), four year-round outdoor spas, saunas, a seasonal tennis court, a BBQ area, and a newly-upgraded fitness center.

This property is a two-minute walk to Chair 15 Eagle Express at Eagle Lodge and minutes to many great hiking and biking trails. The Village at Mammoth Lakes is just a mile-and-a-half away where you will find great restaurants, shops, and even a bowling alley for some family fun. The Sierra Star Golf Course is only a ten-minute walk (half-mile away), while Woolly’s Tube Park is three-and-a-half miles away. For even more fun, June Lake is 20 miles away and Yosemite Valley is a two-hour drive! Mammoth is a year-round resort including skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, mountain biking, fishing, hiking and so much more!

Location, location, location!

The location is great - short walk (even in ski boots) to Eagle Lodge. We had to pull over to look up the complex map & figure out where to park - the GRAND building. The property manager sends texts before, would be nice to make this super clear in the text, so that we didn’t have to search links & the listing to find it when we got up there.The kitchen was setup nicely. Would be really nice if there was plastic wrap or foil, and more than 3 plastic cups for bringing drinks to the spa after skiing.Note that firewood is not included, so unless the person before you left any behind, you need to remember to add that to your packing list.Overall it was clean, but the person that slept in the bunk noticed that either the sheets were dirty or stained. Would be nice to toss stained sheets so that you’re not second guessing whether or not you should be sleeping in that bed.I understand that most places now charge a fee for late checkout, but not letting you stay in the parking space for an extra hour was a major bummer. 10am checkout is really early, would’ve been nice to be allowed to park for a little longer.

Misinformation on the listing

The listing said that it sleeps 10 people and after we made our reservation, they revised it to 9 people max without notifying us. Also, the listing said “2 free parking space”. That was also false information. There was only one space assigned to the car and it was impossible to find a 2nd parking space. We had to park the 2nd car at a friend’s place and uber back and forth as there was no street parking either. An added cost and major inconvenience. We also had to deal with a mouse situation in the condo. Very stressful stay all together. Also, the condo was not ready for check in at 4:00 pm. We had to wait in the hallway for 40 minutes for the cleaning crew to finish and get out. The 2nd floor sofa bed’s frame was broken and no linen was in the condo for that sofa. We called Vacassa to let them know late at night when we found out and wanted the linen and blanket for that sofa bed. They said that it can not be delivered till the next day and so one person had to sleep without sofa and blanket on a broken bed frame. We had to use towels for cover. The condo is on the 2nd level and no elevator. We had to take our heavy luggage up 2 flight of stairs. Horrible customer service all together.

Beautiful home away from home!

Everything was great! The Condo was beautiful clean and fully stocked with all necessities. Spacious cozy comfortable beds, We visited during summer time and the condo doesn’t have AC but thankfully the condo provided plenty of fans to keep us nice and cool. The pool and hot tubs were clean and stayed open until 10pm !! The only downfall of our trip was the condo is located on the 3rd floor and to get to it from The parking garage it takes 5 flights of stairs, it was kinda hard for my 70+ mom to get up and down. But we made it work. We’ll definitely book again! Overall it was a GREAT STAY!!! ❀

This condo was beautiful, confortable, and very clean! The kitchen was well stocked! We were really close to Eagle so it was perfect! We will definitely stay there again! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home to us!

Great condo but terrible management

The condo itself was very nice but it's managed by Vacasa who were completely unhelpful. The unit was advertised as having access to a pool and tennis courts and there was no pool key. Spent 4 days communicating with Vacasa trying to get it and were never helped. Also, the tennis courts were delapidated and had no walls or nets.
