„Wenn mann einmal das Feeling auf einer Plantage zu wohnen haben will, ist es perfekt. Minuspunkte: Toilette auf dem Flur (zu Alleinnutzung) und keine Abdunkelungsvorhänge, somit ist man morgens früh wach. Ansonsten ein Traum.“

Sehr nettes Personal und ein gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Innenhof mit 5 Parkplätzen, aber auch jede Menge Parkmöglichkeit in den umliegenden Straßen. Das St. Charles Ave Streetcar fährt in der Parallelstraße.“

„We had a 2 night stay over the weekend at Loyd Hall Plantation. We stayed in the Magnolia... The cottage was very clean, the bed was comfortable, plenty of towles, hand towels and wash cloths. We were asked if we needed anything, which we did not. There was Bidy wash, soap, shampoos, conditioners and lotion in the restroom if any was needed. Plenty of coffee, creamer and sugar.
