For a one bedroom, lots of space inside and out. Would be great for a family reunion, barbecue, party of any kind. Bottom bathroom would need to work! Fishing NOT so good, but guys tried and enjoyed themselves. Nice to sit out and enjoy the view. Master bathroom without a door NOT for everyone but also HUGH. We needed help getting into ...

„This house was perfect for our family of five adults. Very unique rooms with comfy beds and soft linens. Lots of little extras that you don’t see from other owners. The back yard has a huge privacy fence, a nice fire pit, even tiki torches- all combined it made for perfect evenings sitting outside visiting. We hope this is available on our next visit to New Iberia. :)“

„We were greeted with a fresh batch of homemade chocolate chip cookies and 2 vases of freshly picked flowers from the property. The property was very cleaned, well stocked and decorated cute. It is located very close to EVERYTHING and we definitely stay here again if ever we come back. We had a small issue with the wi-fi. The owner lives on the property and the issue was immediately taken care of. GREAT stay!! ❤️“

„Spent three nights in early May 2024 in this new house located in a quiet community of new homes. Pristine condition and perfect size for our party of four, in town for a funeral. Within a two mile radius of Lafayette’s main thoroughfares like Ambassador Caffery Pkwy, and Johnston street. We ventured out to nearby restaurants for local delicacies: Lagneaux king of seafood- for crawfish boil, and Don’s seafood- for Gumbo. Some in my party reported scarce toiletries ( Towels, washcloths, etc…) ...
